WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. (April 21, 2018) – The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) 101 announced today that it has elected Lars Rathje to its Board of Directors. Mr.
Rathje is employed with Lockton Companies, the world’s largest privately held insurance brokerage and leader in innovative risk mitigation. Rathje is based in Lockton’s Los Angeles office. Lockton is headquartered in Kansas City, MO.
Rathje has been with Lockton since 2016 and has helped implement numerous risk mitigation strategies for his clients through a unique total cost of risk analysis. Lockton’s holistic global approach ensures all risk factors have been explored. He has over six years of diversified insurance and strategic risk mitigation experience in numerous industries.

Prior to joining Lockton Rathje was Vice President at SullivanCurtisMonroe, a privately held insurance broker focusing on the middle market based in Irvine. From 2012 to 2014 he was with United Agencies focusing on personal lines and small business.
Rathje is the founder of the Executive Briefing, quarterly c-suite educational seminars, the 101 Executive Bootcamp, a catalyst for rising stars within an organization, the C-Levels on Tees series, a leadership development program designed for executive women around golf. He is also president of the CPA/Law Society.
Rathje holds a BA in Business Economics with an emphasis in accounting degree and a minor in entrepreneurship through the Technology Management Program at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
